Mori Miniatures was with June and brought many varieties for us to purchase. Saturday at Knox Church (during Pioneer Days) we have our June Flower Show, open to the public after 1 p.m.-We also have our Strawberry Tea and will have a booth on the main street.Tickets on sale for the Strawberry Tea at the door. July 17 at the Indoor Mall we have reinstated our July Lily Show. This show will be dedicated to the memory of the late Bob Barber ‘ho was a past president of the ‘Georgetown Society and also a Lily. Activities galore for Horticultural Society hybridizer. If you have any of Bob’s bulbs blooming in your gar- den give me a call and bring them out! In August, Georgetown Horticultural Society with the Brampton Real Estate Board are having a Garden Competition. We will be judging all kinds of gar- dens. So no matter what kind of garden you have, if you are proud of it, then enter it in the competi- tion. You could win! On September 15, we will be resuming our regular format of meetings on the third Wednesday of the month.
