Sunday School picnic By Betty Sojka The last meeting before taking a breath for summer proved to be a lovely evening for all U.C.W. members attending. Held at the home of Mrs. Joyce Clarke on June 15, the ladies started things off by taking a walk around the Bennett grounds. The pretty foliage was noted, as well'as other wonders of nature. Mrs. Alma Sinclair held the Devotion. The regular business portion of the meeting included the viewing of a video. “The Massey Centre For Girls”, which is located in Toronto, was the topic of the video. Much was learned about this worthwhile facility. The meeting ended with a delicious potluck supper. A great variety of tasty morsels had been brought for the occasion and very much enjoyed.
