Director Sidney Lumet brings out an array of emo- tions in Johnson, but it is DeMorney who is the most convincing actor of the two. Both are overshadowed, how- ever, by Jack Warden who plays the role of Moe, a friend of DeMorney’s character, Jennifer Haines. The biggest plus of Guilty As Sin is the photography, directed by Andrezej Bartkowiak. The scenes are tich in color, texture and filmed in a variety of lighting styles. P.S.
