Willows has 11 years of involvement in community theatre behind her, She has worked . with both Georgetown Globe and Georgetown Little Theatre. Globe audiences will recall her most recent achievement in set design of last spring’ Ss production of “Th Mikado”, in which Jacky’s creative use of colorful, pic- turesque Japanese screens wowed all who attended. Jacky also designed the set for Globe’s 1992 fall pro- duction of “Oliver” Jacky has also lent her design talent to GLT in pro- ductions of “Best of Friends” and “An Act of the Imagination”. GLT has been fortunate to enjoy Jacky’s directorial expertise in the productions of “The Second Time Around” and “Opera Comique” which received two THEA nomi- nations. Audiences can look forward once again as Jacky will be directing GLT’s February production of “An Inspector Calls”. Although Jacky enjoys directing a great deal, her first love is the sets, espe- cially painting. “Into the Woods” brings newcomer Tom Callaghan to Globe in the role of Stage Manager. A resident of Brampton, he has worked ~ with a number of groups over the past eight years, both community and profes- sional. Tom first became interested in community the- atre largely through his wife, Brigida, who enjoys performing. “Because this hobby takes up so much of her time, this was the only way I-could see her some- times.” Tom does admit that it’s difficult now to manage involvement of both of them in a production as well as mind their toddler, Jessica. Barry pro- duced Globe’s first summer production “Grease” in 1992. He appreciates the “shared responsibility” of co-producer.
