If you live in former Nassagaweya Township and have any specific concerns relating to the quality of life in this area, you now have another source of potential Nassagaweya Community Consultation Committee, consisting of pri- vate citizens and the police, was established in 1992 as a vital part of the Halton Community Policing Program for the Nassagaweya/Campbellville areas. The committee is tangible evidence of the Community Policing philo that creative ways to help solve problems related to crime, fear of crime, social and physical disorder and neigh- borhood decay. Citizens of rural Milton with concerns about any of these problems are encour- aged to contact a member of the committee, with the assurance that these concerns will be looked at and further action instituted to alleviate the problem if at all possible. The committee has regularly scheduled meetings every two months, excluding July and August.
