The game was scoreless for a good part of the first half until Marci Roy put one in for the Green Team. Joy Walraven scored next and Marci Roy added her second of the game by half time. The second half saw the Green Team dominate the play with Joy Walraven scor- ing her second goal, Kate Blyth adding two more and Marci Roy getting her hat- trick. Brampton “A” managed two goals late in the game, but it was too little, too late. Good team effort! Goad goalkeeping by Sarah Packer who normally does not play in goal. July 27 saw Halton Red Team and Halton Green Team meet up at Acton High School. It was Green Team’s turn to suffer a player short- age and came up short with a 3-0 loss to the Red Team.
