KNOX CHURCH, Georgetown, 7:30 p.m. Wed. 12 May, 1993 Historic Speyside and Dublin - Mr. Henry Kelly of Allenford, Ontario will join the Society to talk reminisce about his life at Dublin, just South of Acton and about Speyside. Henry and his late wife Sadie Kelly were the proprietors of Speyside General Store from 1959 until 1971. KNOX CHURCH, Acton, 7:30 p.m. Wed. 9 June, 1993 Union Presbyterian Church - The Society will explore the history of this congregation which dates from 1835 and the stately 1884 building they occupy. It will include a walk about the cemetery. This will begin with our traditional pot-luck dinner in the Church hall. If the dinner is too early, join us about 7:30 for the meeting.
