- Construction Crew, c.1930. Garfield McGilvray is in the 5th row, 2nd from the left, wearing a white Panama hat. This photo was published in the Acton Free Press, September 07, 1988. The caption reads "Not many will remember when this picture was taken as workmen were building a railroad trestle in Acton area. Mrs. Marg Brush of Hamilton, an Acton girl whose maiden name was Currie, reports her father is in the photo. Janet Selihar loaned the picture to The Free Press."
