it was the first time in all our visits to the canadian capitot that we have tiavelled in daylight hours there were two rea sons one was that the train schedule allowed a stopover in smiths falls for reports a session at which not half the seats in the house were occupied but appreciated the debate most activity we ever saw around the parliament buildings was a couple of years ago when the first
