reports revealed a successful year financially desplce increased activ ity during tle year the halton association in cooperation with halton junior farmers sponsored a junior match and coaching de monstration in the spring fin anced a team of plow boys to rep resent halton in the lntercounty tractor class at the international and climaxed this with what u considered by many to be the out- standing county match and farm machinery display of the province in 1048 the election of officers and dir ectors for 1040 which was keenly contested resulted as follows honorary pres j a elliott
