the judging panel at the conclusion of the halton jun iors annual interclub debating and public speaking competitions held in the milton high school on nov ember 8th eight young people participated in the two interclub debates and three in the public speaking k marry top speaker katherine merry of the milton juniors was the unanimous choice of the panel of judges as the top speaker in the public speaking competition mildred watson of ac ton juniors and jack loos of the palermo juniors were the other two contestants each contestant after delivering a ten minute pre pared address then had ten
