served j niagara diocese rl rev lewis wumot bovell i broughall 83 retired anglican bishop of niagara died at the nora henderson hospital in ha i milton on saturday elected the sixth bishop of niagara in 1933 he served- until j his retirement in 1mb bishop broughall received joc- j torates of divinity from trinity college and wycliffe college of the university of toronto and an i honorary doctorate of laws from mcmaster university born in toronto he was edu icated at trinity college schools port hope and trinity college university of toronto he receiv ed his degree in 1900 he was the son of the late can on a j broughall he was curate at st james ca j thedral for three years and later was curate for two years in a london church on his return to canada he became rector at all saints church
