1922 when he joined the department since coming to halton he noted he has served well and put to good use his broad knowledge of agriculture here is a man wor king with and for the people he declared a man of vision and a man of achievement he never thought of himself and never looked for glory but onl to get the job done he will be missed as far as the igncultur al program of the province of on
