saying of the auxiliary pra er opened the meeting presided over by mrs muriel adams miss mabel chave treasurer gave an encouraging statement of the aux iliary finances the members then heard mrs john wolfe mem bership convener report a contin ued increase in membership most gratifying was the interest evin ced by the baunafad wa and the uadies auxiliary of the chris tian reformed church mrs john gunn ways and means convener outlined the plans for a bake sale held last friday and discussed proposals for an auxil iary booth on may 18th in support of the hospital association fund drive mrs robert burns sewing knit ting convener illustrated her de scription of the work of the sewing circles with samples of the beau tiful toys and baby garments made by the members these articles are to be on sale originally at a bazaar planned for the spring but similar handwork will eventually be sold in the hospital gift shop two guests from brampton mrs w f mclean and mrs j david son were introduced by mrs ad ams mrs mclean is president of region 5 of the hospital auxiliax les council is past president of peel memorial hospital women s auxiliary and has been an elec ted member of the peel mem orial hospital board for the past thirteen years she spoke briefly of the aims and interests of the regional committee and extended most cordial invitation to the georgetown auxiliary to join re gion
