man detachment he replaces staff sergeant w j grant who has been in charge of the north halton detachment since january of 1966 staff sergeant grant was promoted to that rank and moved to oak ville opp detachment in oakville he replaces staff sgt charles tiny wilkinson also a former head of too north halton detachment who was just promoted to sgt major and transferred- from oakvhle to be senior
