ing monday passed a resolution directing their secretary treasur er to prepare a building prop osal and submit it to area sup erintendent of schools mr i c harris with a request for his approval the proposal will be accomp anied by enrolment figures for district elementary schools and the high school and projected enrolment for the high school s 1972 term the extension which will go on the east end of the exlstln building and spill over into the former tost property recently acquired through expropriation is to be ready for occupancy by september 1960 current elementary enrolment in the area served by the high school is 3 886 the high school s enrolment at the end of october was 1 157 and will be 1 657 in five years according to the boards projection if th beard sticks to a list of
