The five-clause draft deal, as outlined in Stephen D'Agostino's memo, said that RSI will drop it's nine- year attempt to get Provin- cial approval for the landfill and abandon rights and inter- ests in the quarry, if all par- ties in opposition agree notto go after RSI to recover their costs and legal bills to date. Subject to agreement of UAL and the Town, UAL will fund a study to deter- mine an appropriate end-use for the Acton quarry and to develop arehabilitation mas- ter plan.
