Guest speaker Kari Galasso from the Halton Vegetarian Association will discuss "Vegetarian Cook- ing". Kari will talk about how you can incorporate vegetar- ian dishes into your daily meal planning. She will also talk about what nutrients are needed in order to provide a well balanced vegetarian diet for your whole family. A few simple snack ideas will also be demonstrated!
