An Everton resident, Feenstra brought her busi- ness to Acton from Rockwood three years ago. While she owns it, Feenstra's whole family is involved one way or another. Her elder daughter, Tabitha, is the store manager and does the books. Feenstra's son, Jonas, helps out with stringing and tun- ing guitars, as well as han- dling the trophies and en- graving as a sideline. Her younger daughter, Angela, helps out wherever she can. Her husband, Oscar, helps out with engraving of tro- phies and stringing and re- pairing of guitars. Feenstra always knew she wanted to be in retail sales of some type because she en- joyed being in her grandfa- ther's florist shop as a young- ster. The decision to handle music and music-related items came after her mar- riage to a musician. "Oscar was with the band playing at my Grade 8 gradu- ation," she says. "That's how we met. He's been with some band for nearly 30 years." That connection to music and people involved in the music industry suits Feenstra just perfectly.
