A few upcoming events to watch for: Fun Golf -- Aug. 15 -- nine holes of golf, a steak BBQ and a dance for only $25 each. The branch's annual Free Corn Roast will be on Aug. 22. September will be the Legion Masters on the 12th and the Fall Fair Dance on the 19th. An Octoberfest Dance and meal are planned for Oct. 24. Please try to attend the general meeting on Sept. 14. Tot lot is of- fered to children who wish to participate in full or half days at camp. SR. STUDIO ART CAMP Overlooking Fairy Lake, Sr. Studio Art Camp in Acton is located in the boat house. Using such mediums as clay, wax, water colours, and nylons, participants will be knee deep in creativity. Youth will visit the Glen Williams artisans studios as well as learn from guest speakers. BASEBALL CAMP Located at the scenic Pros- pect Park, participants of this camp will learn the ins and outs of running bases and fly balls. This camp promises to challenge both new and ex- perienced players from 1" base to home plate. NATURE CAMP Join-In and enjoy the fun at this environmentally con- scious oye Learn all about nature off the shores of Fairy Lake at beautiful Prospect Park in Acton.
