His disgust with the plan- ning and by-law department came to a head Monday night, all because, in Thompson's opinion, of a by- law is being misread by Town employees in regard to a property dispute in Norval. By-law 12.121.2. (f) pro- hibits open storage in any front yard and within 1.5 metres of a lot line. On July 12, 1998, 18 vehicles were stored in the front yard or within 1.5. metres of the lot line.
