A hat trick by Marcoux with assists to Zaborowski and Shrive put the game out of reach and Tanners in the _ semi-finals. Many great hits by Jim Berry and Brady mas- ' ters helped the team to the 4- 1 win. The semi-final game against the also undefeated South London team was the ! highlight of the whole tour- nament. The two teams bat- _ tled in a very hard hitting game. Through the first, sec- ond and third periods no one could beat either defence or goalies. So the scoreless game headed to overtime. With two minutes left in overtime London scored a beautiful goal to win the game. The whole Acton team played to a level of hockey that was hard to believe. Simon Sharples was incred- ible in net and had no chance on the winning goal. The team had an out- standing weekend and would like to thank all the parents for their support at the tour- nament and through the sea- son. It's a tough league but they have stuck with the team and after this weekend we all know why.
