Brown includes nearby Boston Mills in this edition, a small community on the Credit River near Chelten- ham which saw settlement as early as the 1820s when this area was first being devel- oped. Brown, a town planner, lives in Toronto where he has been writing for over 30 years. Both books make interest- ing reading and would make excellent vacation fare as well as giving readers a glimpse into the Ontario of yesterday. They are both available at the olde Book Shop in Acton.
