Bands, floats, cartoon characters greet Santa Prize winners for best floats St. Joseph School was again overall prize winner in Ac- ton's annual Santa Claus parade with their float of colourful cartoon characters while McKenzie Smith. Bennett also de- lighted spectators with their float full of cartoon characters which won the Best School category. Best Commercial float in the parade was judged to'be Ac- ton BIA's while Acton Kinsmen took the prize for best Service Club floats. North Halton Power and Sail were awarded the Other Cat- Se : egory prize for their float. Funny clowns in funny cars. | Judges for this year's parade were Frank Spielvogel from Mount Forest, Paul Nolan from Guelph and John McNabb and Jon Hurst from Acton.
