Our dedicated canvassers are hoping for good weather during the month of April but even if it doesn't cooperate they will be knocking on your door. Last year there was some confusion over a mailing requesting donations for an- other group, which supports cancer patients in the com- munity. Our canvassers were met with a lot of questions and of course this caused them some concern. In an effort not to have this hap- pen again, we would just like to remind the community that the Canadian Cancer Society's symbol is the daf- fodil -- the symbol of hope. Look for the yellow daffodil on the blue background on all of our correspondence. Hopefully this will clarify any confusion this year. If you have any ques- tions or concerns or you would like to help out by canvassing or selling daf- fodils please. contact us at 853-0585 Sincerely, The Acton Branch of The Canadian Cancer Society a (COMMUNITY SUPPORT AND INFORMATION.
