Customer feedback has always been very positive and since the award, they have been acknowledged and congratulated. Their success stems from hard work, honesty, integrity and loyalty to their customers. Their policy is to provide the best possible service at the lowest cost to their customers. The Chamber's award for December is the most recent proof of recognition. Acton Auto Tech offers full-service auto mechanics and it is well equipped to provide emissions and drive clean testing (the only one in Acton) as well as rust proofing. The business is founded on service, reliability and trust. Growth has followed naturally through client word-of-mouth advertising. The owners expressed surprise by this recognition and were bashful in expressing the congratulations received from clients. When asked to what they attribute their success, the immediate answer was honesty, hard work and reliability and providing old-fashioned service with modern technology. Also in October, they were the recipients of the Business of the Month award. However, don't let the name fool you. Although the name may have changed, Peter and Gail assure their customers that they continue to provide all the same business services with the same dedicated staff. These services include copying, printing, packing, fax, digital print mailbox services, packaging supplies, plus UPS Worldwide as well as other courier services. When the news got out that The UPS Store had been selected, the sign was in the window and their picture appeared in the Independent, even customers driving by stopped in to say congratulations! Peter attributes this success to their ability to develop good, loyal customers who come back on a regular basis. "In the service business," he says, "we have been successful in providing good customer support." Congratulations, The UPS Store!
