Man charged A Halton Hills man was charged after a woman was threatened Thursday afternoon on Guelph St. near McDonald's restaurant. Halton Police report between 4 and 4:30 p.m. a man made a threat to cut a 21-year-old Georgetown woman's throat, then he left the area. On Friday police arrested and charged a man in connection with the incident. Charged with uttering a threat to cause bodily harm, and disobeying a court order is Warren Frank Dankovic, 23, of Tenth Line. POLICE BLOTTER Police say as a result of their investigation into the threatening incident, another man, who was not involved in the incident, was found to be in possession of a homemade box cutter knife. Charged with carrying a concealed weapon is Eric Kenneth Varley, 23, of Hwy. 7. Cycle & Ski on Main St. in Georgetown when a window in the door was smashed late Friday or early Saturday. Tree toss A five-year-old Maple tree was cut down and thrown over a fence at a Kingham Rd. house last Monday.
