Teen seeks vote as People's Choice Erica Mercer needs your vote. The 19-year-old Georgetown woman is competing this weekend in the Miss Canada Petite 2006 regional competition in Toronto. Mercer, a graduate of the Mellennia Institute of Aesthetics, will be competing in swimsuit, evening gown, talent, interview and platform statement for the title.
