Stajan was on hand to sign autographs to help raise money for research into mitochondrial disease. (Right) Steph-enie Selvazzo, 9, tested out the rock climbing wall that was part of the fundraising day in support of Kirkland, who suffers from the rare and fatal disease. A unofficial total of $26,200 was raised for research at The Hospital for Sick Children. The amount tops last year's total of $22,500 and organizers estimate approximately 600 people took part.
