DEATHS KILPATRICK, Bernice Elizabeth (nee Kerr) Passed away peacefully with her loving family by her side on Tuesday September 19th, 2006, in her 71st year. Bernice was the beloved wife of Alexander Kilpatrick for 50 years. Cherished mother of Deborah McCauley and her husband Glenn, Alexander Kilpatrick, Annmarie Kumagai and her husband Tom, and Eva Payton and her husband Bill. A very proud Nana of 5 beautiful grandchildren, and all hold a special place in their hearts for her - Andrew, Mitchell, Christine, Robert and Michael. Bernice leaves behind her brother Albert Kerr and sister Margaret Skinner. She will be reunited with her predeceased sister Helen Conner, brothers Victor and James Kerr and her parents Violet (nee Lester) and Albert Kerr. Family and friends were received at the J.S. Jones & Son Funeral Home, 11582 Trafalgar Road, north of Maple Avenue, Georgetown 905-877-3631 on Thursday from 2-4 and 7-9 pm. A Funeral Service will be held in the chapel on Friday September 22nd, 2006 at 4:00 pm. Cremation to follow. In lieu of flowers, donations to the Canadian Diabetes Association would be appreciated. Darlene was the loving wife and best friend of Joe for more than 43 years and a devoted mother to Jody (Tom), Kevin (Elaine) and Scott (Peggy). She was the caring grandmother of Amanda and Curtis, Trudy, Kendall, Courtney and Travis, Brittney and Brody. Darlene was the daughter of Bert and the late Audrey Urquhart. The family received friends at the MacKinnon Family Funeral Home, "Shoemaker Chapel", 55 Mill Street, East, Acton on Sunday, September 17th, 2006 from 2-4 and 7-9 pm. Friends were invited to join the family for the funeral service at Trinity United Church, 70 Mill Street, East, Acton on Monday, September 18th, 2006 at two o'clock. The interment followed at Fairview Cemetery. Remembrances to Cancer Assistance Services of Halton Hills, Juravinski Cancer Centre or St. Joseph's Hospital (Hamilton) would be appreciated by the family.
