Georgetown District High School Athletes of the Week Kyle Lockwood and Brittany Cubitt. Cubitt is a member of the Rebels senior soccer team, and was chosen for her defense against Holy Trinity, filling in as goalie. Lockwood, a sweeper on the Rebels senior boys soccer team was selected for his strong play against Holy Trinity. Christ the King Athletes of the Week are Michelle Kervanka and Matt George. Kervanka, the goalie on the Jaguars senior girls soccer team, was recognized for her controlling the box, and defense which led to a 3-1 win over MMR. George, also the goalie on the Jaguars boys senior soccer team, was congratulated for his outstanding game against MMR, with a 5-0 shutout.
