All first and second prize winners in the district fairs will be eligible but only first in the public speaking contest. A trophy seven inches high and suitably engraved, will be presented to the boy or girl winning the highest number of points at each Rural School Fair held in the Province of Ontario during the year 1927. These troph- ies have been donated by the T. Eaton Co., Toronto. ON OTHER PEOPLES' MONEY We have read many good editorials on credit and its abuse, but the one recently published in a Duluth news- paper as a full page advertisement, printed and paid for by the business men of that city contains some good advice.
