An enjoy- able evening was spent. Christena, daug'hter of Mr. and Mrs. Didk Carson, is a patient in the Duifliara Hospital. Mr. and Mrs. Henry Tucker cele- brated their 22nd wedding anniver- sary on Feb. 4th. Sympathy is extended to Mr. and Mrs. John Shortiieed on the death «f their infant son, Dalvid Robert, whose funeral was held Sunday, with Eev. L. W. Mould otPiciating. Hig<h score for the ladies was won by Mhrs. Kd. Vergos and for the men by Bruce Peebles. Ed. Vergos won the luck prize. The 'next eulchre is being held this Thursday. The Stone's Line eudire club met at the scihool Friday night with 12 tables in play. Mrs. Wm. Gibson won high prize for the ladies and Leonard McKeown for the .nen. The Woman's Association of the Vandeleur Church held their Febru- ary meeting at the home of Mrs. Ethel Hutdhinson on Wednesday af- ternoon, Feb. iBt, with the prr sident, Mrs. Will Howies, presiding.
