LIMEHOUSE.
For some weeks Mrs. John Newton Sr., has been suffering from the effects of La Grippe and her death took place on Tuesday. Mrs. Newton was in her seventy-fifth year, and it will be remembered that exactly a month ago her twin-sister, Mrs. Weavers, departed this life. Mrs. Newton's partner in life died a little over a year ago, on Jan. 9th, 1889. With her husband and family deceased had resided in Limehouse for many years. She was always a kind neighbor and enjoyed general esteem. The death of Mr. and Mrs. Newton leaves a blank here which will never be filled. The funeral will take place from her late residence this afternoon.- Featured Link
