A Bright Young Life Ended.
At the dawning of the new year death was a visitor at the home of Mr. John Warren, Deputy-Reeve of Esquesing and claimed Miss Jessie, the youngest daughter. Miss Warren had been suffering for a year or more from the inroads of consumption, and though change of climate and everything else that could be done was tried in the effort to restore health, human agency failed and the willing spirit took its flight. Miss Warren was a general favorite among those who knew her best and the spirit of resignation she manifested proved that her confidence in her Saviour was complete and she was fully prepared to yield to his will to "Come up higher." Her demise is very much regretted and sympathy is extended the bereaved family by the whole community. The funeral on Wednesday to Fairview Cemetery, Acton, was largely attended. A memorial service will be held in the Baptist Church next Sunday afternoon at 3 oclock.
