Peace Follows Lengthened Suffering.
On New Year's Day, 1896, Mrs. Wm. Trotter, of Scene Street, was stricken with apoplexy. Since that time she has been an invalid and an attack of grippe and disease of other complications the past months greatly intensified her sufferings. Death came to her relief on Tuesday and tomorrow afternoon at two o'clock her remains will be laid at rest in Fairview Cemetery. Mrs. Trotter was a most conscientious christian and through all her sufferings manifested a sincere and implicit trust in her Savior. She was married to her sorrowing husband on the 3rd October, 1853, and in forty-four years of wedded life hers is the first visit of death to the family. Two sons and three daughters survive her.- Featured Link
