Sudden Death of Duncan Keith.
For some time Mr. Duncan Keith of lot 18, con. 2, Esquesing, has been in poor health, but did not consider his condition serious. A week ago last Sunday he drove over to Georgetown to consult his physician who advised complete rest and freedom from exertion, his trouble being heart affection. Last Thursday night he retired as usual, and shortly after midnight suddenly expired. Mr. Keith was a son of the late Neil Keith, and was born on the farm where he died 53 years ago. He was a respected farmer and a good neighbor. He was married to a daughter of the late John Sprowl, who with a son of 14 and a daughter of 12 survive him. Sincere sympathy is extended to them in their affection. Mr. Keith was a member of Ivanhoe Camp, Sons of Scotland, Acton, which society attended his funeral in a body. Rev. H. A. Macpherson conducted the burial rites.
