Demise of Miss Jane McLam.
Death comes to all, and last week it claimed one here who had ministered at times of suffering and sorrow in many homes, and brought relief and comfort, wherever she went. After a long period of suffering death came to Miss Jane McLam, daughter of the late Thomas McLam. Esq., last Thursday evening. The remains were tenderly laid to rest in Fairview Cemetery on Saturday afternoon, Rev. A. E. Smith, B.D., officiated, and was assisted by Revs. H. A. Macpherson and D. Dick.
