- NASSAGAWEYA.
Miss Bertha Adamson died at the home of her mother, in Nassagaweya, on Saturday. She was the daughter of the late James Adamson. Deceased had been ailing for some time, and though her malady, an anaemic trouble, was considered incurable, her early collapse was not looked for. She was a fine young lady of engaging manners and bright intelligence, and her death will be severely deplored by a wide circle of friends. The hand of death has been busy in the Adamson family, and its connections during the past two years. The father and brother have passed away within twelve months, and seven other deaths of near relatives have been recorded since December, 1903. - Media Type
