- Cause of Mr. Thos. Cameron's Death.
When Mr. William McNabb reached Seguin Falls last week he found that his father-in-law, Mr. Thomas Cameron, had died, as surmised, from a second stroke of apoplexy. He had gone out on a deer run with his host on Monday morning, 13th inst., and as they were walking along his companion say him staggering and went to his assistance. He said he was overtaken with one of his dizzy spells, and sat down for a while. He did not recover and his companion started to carry him home, some four miles distant. He carried him over a mile, but then was obliged to go for help. Mr. Cameron died in about six hours. The remains arrived in Acton on Wednesday evening, and the funeral on Thursday was very largely attended. Rev. J. C. Wilson, B.A. conducted the service. The A.O.U.W. Lodge attended in a body. - Media Type
