- Alex. B. Wright Dead.
Alex. B. Wright, of Streetsville, died last week in a Toronto hospital, after a long illness. The funeral took place on Sunday. Mr. Wright lived at Acton before removing to Streetsville. He was well known in Milton. He was a Mason and very popular. - Champion. Mr. Wright was a well-known character about Acton for many years. In partnership with Dr. McGarvin he operated the tannery on Main Street, which has for years been run by W. H. Storey & Son. It was Mr. Wright who took the contract for macadamizing Mill street some eighteen years ago. He removed to Streetsville about a dozen years ago. - Media Type
