- Sudden Death of Mrs. Burnside
Early on Tuesday morning shortly before the usual time of rising, Mrs. John Burnside, suddenly expired from heart failure. She was as well as usual the day before and rested well during the night. About five o'clock Mr. Burnside heard her breathe heavily and turning to her found she had ceased breathing. He got up and endeavored to arouse her, but without avail. It was a terrible shock. Mr. and Mrs. Burnside came to the farm of Mr. R. G. Brown from Ballinafad last spring. They had resided at Ballinafad for years. Mrs. Burnside was a Christian woman and highly esteemed. She was a teacher in the Methodist Sunday School at Ballinafad and a member of the church. She was childless. The funeral will be held this afternoon to the ninth line cemetery. - Featured Link
