There has passed away in Hamilton James D. Damper, second son of Mr. and Mrs. H. Damper of this place. A few years ago he was injured by a fall, but at the time it was not thought to be serious. However, some time ago the doctors found it necessary to remove part of the bone of his leg and although everything was done to help him regain his strength, yet he never recovered and after much suffering he passed away on Saturday. He had a quiet, kindly disposition and was a life long Christian, being a member of the Disciples' church. Besides his sorrowing wife he leaves his parents, three brothers and two sisters, who have the sympathy of all in their bereavement. The funeral was held in Hamilton on Tuesday. - Featured Link
