- Mr. and Mrs. Charles Goodeve Bereft
The Fort William Times Journal of last Wednesday, says: "Mr. and Mrs. Charles A. Goodeve, of 218 north Harold Street, mourn the death of their son, Walter Lyle Goodeve, aged five years and ten months, who died last evening at five o'clock after a lingering illness. The funeral was held this afternoon at two o'clock from Cameron and company's undertaking parlor to Mountain View cemetery. The services were conducted by Rev. E. D. Renaud, pastor of the First Baptist Church." Little Walter had been ill and in the hospital suffering from scarlet fever. Mrs. Goodeve has also been ill with the fever but is now convalescing. Their Acton friends sympathize deeply with Mr. and Mrs. Goodeve in their sore bereavement. - Featured Link
