Eastern A ve. olde Hide House Trunk Sale Mill St. Church St. Station Hotel VENDOR GUIDELINES Pre-Sale - Vendors are asked to line up outside the sale area on the East end of Eastern Avenue prior to 8am. At 8am, we will assign vendors spots. Parking - The Trunk Sale assigns specifi c spots. Consideration for location may be given based on products sold, etc. Please co-operate with the people designating the parking spots. Once you have been assigned a spot, please do not ask to change spots. This causes delays with parking other vendors, as well, concern for vendor and patron safety. Each vendor spot is clearly marked. Please stay within these boundaries and do not intrude on your neighbour or pedestrian areas. If you have another vehicle with you, please stay in the line up together. We will try to park you together but if you have not paid for them and are not in line together, it may not be feasible. Leaving Early - It may not be feasible for vendors to leave early depending on where they are parked. However if a situation arises that you need to leave early, please ask for assistance from any of our committee members, as safety is our number one concern. IT IS IMPERATIVE THAT ALL VENDORS EXIT THE LOT BY 1p.m. VENDORS ARE RESPON- SIBLE FOR THEIR OWN GARBAGE and/or CARDBOARD AND MUST TAKE IT WITH THEM. VENDORS MUST STAY WITHIN THEIR SPOT BOUNDRY. PLEASE DO NOT DISPLAY SALE ITEMS ON THE BOULEVARDS OR LANDSCAPED AREAS. VENDORS WHO DO NOT ABIDE BY THESE RULES WILL NOT BE ALLOWED TO RETURN TO FUTURE SALES . TRUNK SALE INFORMATION Day- Saturday morning starting May 27th Time - Gates open for vendors at 8 am and vendors are to exit by 1pm. Vendors sell their products from 8:30am -12:30pm Location - Town owned lot at the corner of Mill Street and Eastern Avenue Cost - $10 per spot. Spots are now approximately 13.5 wide. Cargo trucks will be required to purchase a minimum of 2 spots depending on the size of the truck. Payment is made upon entrance to the sale each week. Cash only, exact amount appreciated. PLEASE NOTE: FOR SINGLE SPOTS, VEHICLES ARE TO BE DRIVEN INTO THE SPOT, THERE IS NO SIDEWAYS PARKING ON SINGLE SPOTS. We are a non-profi t organization, which donates the profi ts from the this event to assist other non-profi t groups. PLEASE REMEMBER NO bicycles, tricycles, scooters (not wheelchair type), skateboards, etc. ALL pets must be leashed, however, we do not encourage pets attending. NO soliciting ACTON TRUNK SALE GUIDELINES AND INFORMATION ICE DREAM MUSIC: Members of the Acton High School band took turns playing at the Ice Dream Art Coffee & Tea Shop on Mothers Day. They performed Prince of Peace to a full house at St. Johns Parish Hall.
