If I was going 97-year-old locked in car in high heat to harm her, I would have done it 16 years ago, Bonnie Bouclair, 60, said on Monday as she professed her in- nocence and her love for her mother, Phyllis Arnott. Halton police said Arnott had been in the locked SUV, a GMC Envoy, for about an hour with temperatures reaching 50C when a passerby noticed her distress and called 911. Arnott, dehydrated and incoherent, was being loaded into an ambulance when Bouclair and her daughter, Kimberly Bouclair, 36, came out of the store.
