THURSDAY, SEPTEMBER 21, 2006 THE NEW TANNER 19 There was lots to see and do at the 93rd Acton Fall Fair LOOKING GOOD: The ladies showed their skills with the horse and sulky cart. RIDING ALONG: Saturdays equestrian competitions were a crowd favourite. NICE HAT: Balloon hats were a favou- rite for 6-year-old Angel Andrews. SMOKIN:There were lots of demon- strations including how to start a fire from scratch. GETTIM WHILE THEYRE HOT: The Fall Fair isnt complete until youve had an Acton Firefighters burger or hotdog. CHO CHO, ALL ABOARD: Lots of children enjoyed the many kiddy rides at the fair like this one. CHAMPION: Kyle Stevensons Cha- rolais was judged Grand Champion female.
