She will be deeply missed by her loving husband Michael and her children David and Jennifer. She is predeceased by her brother Michael and is survived by her brother David and sisters Linda and Arlene. Elyse was born in the Dutch West Indies (Curacao) and grew up in the Scarborough area. She graduated from Trent University (Psychology) and then worked for over 25 years with the Bank of Mon- treal where she served in a variety of financial positions. Elyse was a lover of nature and loved to hike and bike in and around the north Halton Hills area. She also held a deep fascina- tion for art, music, and literature and the world around her. Elyse was an individual who always put others first and was there for others through good times and bad. Thank you to the staff of the Critical Care Unit and everyone who assisted during this difficult time.
