Other Cougars goals in the hard fought battle were by Carrie Gallant, Jen Stelmach, Sally Stull and Leanne Monaghan. Assists for the Cougars went to Sandy Walsh, Carrie Gal- lant and Jen Stelmach. Daina McKellar and An- nette Kroezen led the Shark attack with a goal and assist each. Goal scorers for the Sharks were Mick Wood and Jenifer Casarin with an aid from Josey Bonnette. In the second game Joanne Cooper had a hot hand in registering her second con- secutive shut-out as Lightning struck the Devils 1 zip. April Fagan scored the loan goal as- sisted by Kerri Kirkpatrick and Kathleen Bevan. This week Blue Lightning will face off against the Gold Cougars at 10 p.m. and the Red Devils will host the Dark Sharks at 11 p.m. Acton Ladies Hockey, is on Friday nights at the Acton Arena.
