Hartley was dearly loved and will be missed by his grand- children, Robin Creary, Elizabeth Coles, Bryan Coles and Katie Creary and his great-grandchild Isaac Creary. He is survived by his: sister Joan McKeon of Mount Clemens Michigan, brother Terry Coles of Calgary, sister Denise Bottomley and her husband Terry of Guelph, brother Paul Coles and his wife Myrna of Guelph, sister Pat Coles of Toronto as well as his Aunt Jessie Coles of Acton. Beloved son of Thelma and Arthur Cooper (deceased) and brother to Patri- cia, Marilyn, Judy, Mary, Robert, and Wayne. (Allen). Paul was a strong protector of his step-sister and brothers while growing up in Acton. Holly, Mike, Jeff, and Doug. He loved his family very much. Paul was well known for his accomplishments in local sport. He was a key member of the 1971 On- tario Champion Acton Rams and probably one of the most talented hockey goaltenders to come out of Acton, playing a number of years in the OHL Junior A loop. Paul was a tough but gengle guy and as a family we are going to miss his positive spirit. After years of courageously battling health issues he is fi nally with Mom and Dad. Where ever you are, brother, keep you stick on the ice. Your family will never forget you. Paul will be cremated and a private family memorial service will be held in the spring.
